We specialize in housing students from Medical Schools in Miami.  We find suitable housing within the areas of their schools making it convenient for them. We also get students together in room-mate situations, so that their housing can be affordable. Room-mate co-ordination is always with groups that are at the same stage in their studies. We get groups together that are also of the same 'gender'........for obvious reasons !. For 'short leases'  (4 months ) we usually include all Utilities, but for long leases (1 yr or longer)  we allow the tenants to  'split the electric bill' with their room-mates............and the rental charge is therefore a lot less. The students then have the opportunity to conserve on energy !! All other charges are included in the rent: High speed wireless internet Cable TV Water Fully furnished Linens,dishes, etc W/D and D/W Lawn maintenance   FURNISHINGS: Our furnishings are very basic and simple......nothing 'fancy'.  We are not fussy about our stuff,and dont want the students to feel uncomfortable. If anything gets ruined unintentionally, we do not charge them for the item. We just ask that they take 'reasonable' care of things.
